Nothing gets your heart pumping more in the morning than finding a surprise in the barn... This surprise came with a strong smell. Yelp ... A skunk! As I opened the door he came walking out as if he owned the world, hardly giving me a second glance. (Which I'm glad...lol) What a way to start the day.

We got a more pleasant surprise a few weeks ago; baby ducks - 9 of them. Unfortunately 3 disappeared the first wee. They are now locked in the horse trailer till they get a little bigger.
